About The Event

These sessions will adopt the format of a Teacher Research Group, as used in Shanghai, whereby a full lesson is observed and then discussed in detail. This will give delegates an opportunity to engage in high-quality, collaborative professional development in teaching for mastery in mathematics.

Sally Barker is the Maths Lead and Year 4 teacher at The Wroxham School. Having visited Shanghai as part of the England: China Maths Teacher Exchange programme in 2014, Sally then trained as a Primary Maths Mastery Specialist.

These sessions will focus on KS2 Mathematics, but are relevant to all key stages.
